Vaccine, Testing and Mask Policy
Current CDC Guidelines:
Certain events may have enhanced safety policies relating to vaccine, testing or masks based on artist request, local guidelines or other outstanding conditions.

THE PABST THEATER GROUP REQUIRES THE FOLLOWING FOR ENTRY TO ALL SHOWS:
- Valid proof of full vaccination for all guests over 12 years of age (final dose must be at least 14 days prior to event)
- Valid proof of a negative COVID-19 test taken within 72 hours of the show for all guests over 12 years of age
- Masks are encouraged for all guests, but not required unless under 12 years of age

What is the safety policy for upcoming shows?
We owe it to our employees, patrons, artists, and our community to use whatever safety tools we have, and at this point, our greatest measure is to ensure that all those in our venues either prove they’ve been fully vaccinated 14 days prior to the event or provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test that’s been taken within 72 hours of the event. If this is an issue for a ticket buyer, we’ll provide them with a refund or a voucher for an upcoming show. This is effective starting September 1.
Please bear with us as we try to ramp up our new safety measures for a September 1 start date. For events between now and September 1, please check the individual show pages for enhanced safety guidelines.

What if you are not vaccinated?
If you are not vaccinated, you can provide proof of a negative Covid-19 test that was taken within 72 hours of the event.
Children under 12 can provide proof of a negative Covid-19 test that was taken within 72 hours of the event.
What forms of proof of vaccination or negative Covid-19 test will be accepted?
Proof of being fully vaccinated can be a physical vaccination card, photo of a vaccination card, digital passport, or other digital record with the individual's name and date(s) of vaccination that matches the patron’s ID.
Proof of a negative Covid-19 test can be a printed negative test result or a digital negative test result that matches the patron’s ID. Results from at-home tests must be accompanied with a receipt showing that the test was purchased within 72 hours.
Are children required to show a negative Covid-19 test?
Children under 12 have to provide proof of a negative Covid-19 test which can be a printed negative test result or a digital negative test result, no ID is required.
What is the mask policy for upcoming shows?
We are pitching in and doing our part to help lessen the spread of COVID-19, so effective immediately our staff will be wearing masks at all shows.
We encourage patrons to wear masks as well, and get vaccinated.

What if I have an issue with the current Covid-19 safety policy?
If our Covid-19 safety policy is an issue for a ticket buyer, and you are unable to attend the show, please call our box office at 414-286-3205 or email [email protected], and we will assist you as soon as possible.
What do I do if I have tickets to an upcoming show?
If you have tickets to a show that has been postponed or rescheduled, we encourage you to hold onto your tickets at this time. You will be notified with information for a rescheduled date as soon as possible. All previously purchased tickets will be honored for the rescheduled show date. We are working hard to reschedule all shows however in some cases, this may result in a cancelation. Once a show is determined canceled, all tickets will be refunded. We will be actively updating our website, so please visit pabsttheater.org for the most up-to-date information.
Which shows have been affected?
In accordance with previous CDC guidance for large events and mass gatherings, many shows were postponed or canceled. Below is the current list of shows that have been postponed or rescheduled.
Though you would not have received an email about a show postponing, you will receive an email when the rescheduled date is confirmed.
How will we be updated on show postponements?
We will email all ticket holders with individual show updates in regard to rescheduled dates or cancelations as they become available. We recommend RSVP-ing to Facebook events for shows you may be interested in, as well as signing up for our email list if you haven’t already. These will be great resources as information becomes available.
I have tickets to a show that has been rescheduled, but I can’t make the new date. Can I request a refund?
Refund requests will only be honored within 30 days of the rescheduled date announcement. Patrons who request a refund after the 30-day window will have the option to receive a refund on a Pabst Theater Group gift card or transfer their tickets to another show, in lieu of a cash or credit refund.
